First Dive: Don't be nervous! Instructors will be with you every second and guide you.
Ear Pressure: You may need to hold your nose and blow to equalize ear pressure during diving. Your instructor will show you this.
Photos: Underwater photos can be purchased for an extra fee. Don't miss out on great memories!
Breakfast: We recommend having a light breakfast before diving. Avoid heavy meals.
Medication: Do not consume alcohol or drugs/medication at least 24 hours before diving.
