User Agreement | Alanya Best Tours

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and provision of the service whose specifications and sale price are stated below, sold electronically by the AGENCY to the CONSUMER through the alanyabesttours.com, website, covering the rights and responsibilities of the parties in accordance with Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1- The CONSUMER declares that they have understood and are informed of all preliminary information regarding the nature of the tour and service subject to the agreement, the sale quantity, the payment method, and the performance, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
2.2- The AGENCY is responsible to the CONSUMER for ensuring that the tour and service subject to the agreement are as described.
2.3- The AGENCY is responsible for any compensation and obligations that may arise in the event of non-compliance with the agreement.
2.4- The CONSUMER must notify the AGENCY in writing regarding any matters of complaint. The AGENCY is responsible for finding multiple solutions within the framework of good-faith approaches.
2.5- Provided that the CONSUMER gives notice 3 days in advance, they may change the tour date to a later date without paying any additional fee.
2.6- The CONSUMER does not pay any additional service + VAT fee for the service received. All prices are VAT inclusive.
ARTICLE 3 – CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER
3.1- Despite providing the necessary tour environment, the AGENCY may cancel the trip due to force majeure (such as earthquake, terrorist incident, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, war, road obstruction, and unforeseeable technical difficulties, etc.). In this case, the consumer has no right to COMPENSATION. Upon request, our services may be utilized on subsequent days.
3.2- The CONSUMER may cancel the tour up to 3 days before the tour date and receive a refund.
3.3- If the CONSUMER requests withdrawal 2 days before the tour date, they may receive a refund of 50% of their payment.
3.4- The CONSUMER may not request cancellation within a period of less than 2 days. If they do, they undertake to pay the full amount. Any date changes made by the CONSUMER during this period are deemed null and void.
3.5- The CONSUMER has the right to transfer the tour to any person of their choosing up to 3 days before the tour.
3.6- In the event that the CONSUMER fails to notify in writing that they cannot attend a missed tour, the AGENCY has the right to cancel the tours that the customer is scheduled to take 24 hours later. In such cases, no refund is made.
3.7- The AGENCY has the right to cancel all or part of the tour if it deems necessary. In such cases, it must notify the CONSUMER of the tour change in writing. The AGENCY may change the visiting order of the tours provided it gives written notice. In such cases, if the CONSUMER does not wish to attend the tour, a refund may be made for the unused service.
3.8- The AGENCY may announce tour cancellation notices to the CONSUMER personally as well as on the website. The consumer personally accepts and confirms this situation.
ARTICLE 4 – COMPETENT COURT
The Alanya Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees are responsible for any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.
The CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
